CONDITIONS OF SALE
The highest bidder on each lot will be the Purchaser, the advance of each bid to be fixed by the Auctioneer.
E-mail bids are most welcome and bidders' best interests will be fully protected. E-mail bids will be considered as 'up to' the maximum stated. The highest e-mail bidder will obtain the lot at a stage higher than the second highest bidder. Where bids are identical, the earliest received bid will be successful.
Bidding by telephone or fax is also possible, before 5.00 pm on the day of the Auction. E-mail bids must be received by 5.00 pm on the day of the Auction.
Reserves are stated where applicable. Successful bidders will be notified within seven days of the Auction. Cash in payment for lots should be sent within seven days following notification.
Every effort has been made to describe lots accurately. Any discrepancy should be notified within fourteen days of the Auction.
Minimum bids of 50p increments are accepted. No Buyer's Premium are charged. VAT is not payable.
Grading Details :
Poor (P) - some surface grubbiness, possible damage to reverse, major creases or marks. possible rounded corners. Only collectable if Rare Cards in our opinion.
Fair (F) - most surfaces clean, with minor creases or marks on some. possible rounded corners and occasional slight damage to rear of cards. OK for scarce cards.
Good (G) - clean but handled surfaces, some grubbiness on edges and reverse, occasional lightly rounded corners and or small creases. Ideal Gap Fillers !
Very Good (VG) - No creases, no tears, no rounded corners. Occasional mark/grubbiness to reverse or odd corner showing signs of handling. Very Collectable !!
Excellent (EX )- Bright, crisp, with sharp edges and corners. Top Quality Cards !.
